Bsc. Chemical Engineer, Industrial Safety and Master industrial Safety and Occupational Health specialist with 18 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry. I have participated in different projects as well as the preparation, conduction, and reviewing of PHA studies including HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, QRA which are necessary. I have taken part in the implementation of occupational risk and/or risk management programs using the national (Venezuelan) and international standards as CCPS, OGP, Factory Mutual, TNO, OSHA, API, NFPA. I have acquired extense knowledge about methodologies in order to identify the root causes of accidents/incidents as well as personal and processes.
